This review is actually for Page and Moy on "Ocean Majesty" but is not listed so I have used another smaller ship's company to post the review as suggested by cruise.co.uk reviews
Our cruise was shortened suddenly due to a "coming together" of two cruise ships in Geiranger Fjord in August 2007. We were extremely disappointed as it meant we missed out on two other Norwegian ports of call and also Iceland. We were not really happy with the compensation although some passengers are still fighting their case. We were offered a refund for the uncompleted part of the cruise, and a discount off another P & M cruise, so we booked the Black Sea for this October. Imagine our disappointment when we were rung up to be told this cruise had been cancelled due to operational difficulties. We thought it could have been because of the troubles around Georgia but have since seen other cruises on offer in the Black Sea. Unfortunately neither of these cruises are available in 2009 so our advice is "beware of Page and Moy". A pity as we were enjoying our cruise with them. Accommodation and food were good and a smaller ship is quite nice although we have sailed with Princess and Royal Caribbean and found them very good also. Obviously there is not so much to do on board but the excursions were well organised.
